Who you have present during your labor matters! We will talk through who you want & need with you.
We will discuss ALL of your options from pain management & comfort measures to navigating the birth space & beyond!
Knowing all of your options allows you the space to identify what YOU & your baby need/want in the way of support, guidance, medical interventions etc. We will leave lots of space for discussing all of your concerns.
After our time together I will compile a birth preferences document for you to use as a tool with your entire care team.
I will make resources recommendations & referrals as needed throughout our time together. You will receive a list of these recommendations along with your birth preferences.

An overview of the postpartum recovery period along with suggested comfort measures.
We will discuss ALL of your options from newborn vaccines & postpartum care in the hospital to professional support & supplies to have on hand.
Boundaries are everything during your postpartum period! Let’s talk about what boundaries you’d like to set & how to get it done without confrontation.
Learn about community resources & programs based on your family’s needs.
Gain tools to navigate your family’s new identity. Everything will shift with a new baby coming into your lives. Let’s get you set up with proactive tools so everyone’s needs are being met!
Based on our conversations I will compile a postpartum plan document along with interactive tools for you & other household members to use.
