Birth Support

In alignment with my values I offer birth doula support in an intentional & unique way. Birthing a baby requires deep love & trust. It is important that we honor birth for the intimate experience that it is. This means building meaningful relationships with your entire birth team. The following offering includes continuous support through pregnancy, labor, & the postpartum period, creating lots of space for us to establish a strong foundation together.

  • I am available M-F, 9a-5p for non-urgent texts or emails.

  • Schedule a 15-30 minute video or phone call with me as often as every other week!

  • 2 hours. Schedule one check in with me every month. Let’s get together over lunch, tea, or in the comfort of your home!

  • 2 hours. This meeting is for anyone on your birth team! We will go over all of your options no matter where you plan to birth. Together we will build out your birth preferences (plan), practice comfort measures, & dive deep into all of your questions.

  • 2 hours. This meeting is for anyone in your postpartum support system!! We will discuss steps for recovery, newborn care, household planning, relationships, & infant feeding. Together we will build out your postpartum plan which will include tools for managing life with a newborn!

  • 30 minutes. A short meet & greet with my emergency back up doula who would attend your birth if I was unable to.

  • I will be available to you 24/7 from 38 weeks until your baby is born. When you go into labor I will be with you from the time you are ready until your baby is born.

  • While I am supporting you I will keep minute-to-minute notes of your labor experience. This is a great tool for looking back on the details of your labor or sharing them with loved ones!

  • 2 hours. Schedule an in home, postpartum support session once a week throughout your first several weeks at home.

  • 1 hour. Schedule a video, call, or in person check in once every other week through your baby’s 4th month.
